Facebook Etiquette

My Great Aunt passed away last night.
She was in her late 80s and her health was failing.
How'd I find out she died?
A call from my Dad? No! Facebook!
People, we have GOT to get it together. My cousin posted the news of my great aunts passing on her facebook...not one week later, like minutes after she died.
There are some things a girl should not log on to facebook and find out.
1) death
2) the results of your pap smear
3) your level of sexual frustration

That's all I got for now...but I think you get the point.

  2. I totally agree -- found out that my stepdad was put under hospice care before my mom could even call me.

Your three things not to see over FB made me totally laugh though! :) Thanks

  7. I don't even know you, but yeah.. I found out my grandpa died over facebook while I was sitting in class 300 miles away from my family. That was the worse thing I could possibly have happen while I was in school.

I guess it taught me not to be on facebook in class, because you never know what you are going to find out and what may cause you to cry. lol
